Zheng Liqun: female, China nationality, without permanent residency abroad, born in June of 197 1, with a bachelor's degree. He used to be Commercial Director of CITIC Limited Company in Shantou Free Trade Zone, and joined Yue Xian Limited Company in February 2002. He used to be the manager of the finance department of Yue Xian Co., Ltd., and now he is the special tax inspector of longhu district State Taxation Bureau, the chief financial officer of the Company and the secretary of the board of directors of the Company.
