The notice shall be served for 60 days. The service of announcement means the service of litigation documents. After a certain period of time prescribed by law, it is deemed to have been served. If the whereabouts of the addressee is unknown or cannot be served by other means, it shall be adopted. The way to serve the announcement is to post the litigation documents that need to be served on the bulletin board of the people's court or in public places, or to publish, broadcast or play them on TV.
