How to collect paper invoices?
Legal analysis: Taxpayers collect invoices within the approved invoice types (invoice types, quantity collected, and invoicing limit). It can be handled through tax service hall, electronic tax bureau and self-service tax terminal.

Online application process: 1. Log in to the electronic tax bureau, click I want to do tax at the top of the page, and then click the invoice to use. 2. Enter the invoice interface and click Add in the middle of the page. 3. After clicking Add, the system will pop up the types and copies of invoices that enterprises can purchase, and check the VAT electronic ordinary invoice. 4. After checking the electronic ordinary invoice, click the collection method at the top of the page, choose No for express delivery, choose as needed at the acceptance outlets, and choose the lobby for ticket collection. 5. After selecting the collection method, click Submit at the bottom of the page. 6. Click "Submit" to open a page and save successfully. When you accept, click OK. After the acceptance is successful, you can directly read the electronic invoice with the golden tax plate.

Legal basis: Article 15 of the Measures for the Administration of Invoices in People's Republic of China (PRC), units and individuals who need to receive and purchase invoices shall go through the formalities of receiving and purchasing invoices with the tax registration certificate, the identity certificate of the agent and the stamp of the special invoice seal made according to the style specified by the competent tax department of the State Council. The competent tax authorities shall, according to the business scope and scale of purchasing units and individuals, confirm the types, quantities and methods of purchasing invoices, and issue invoice purchasing books within 5 working days.

When receiving and purchasing invoices, units and individuals shall report the use of invoices in accordance with the provisions of the tax authorities, and the tax authorities shall conduct inspections in accordance with the provisions.
