Select the legal person to log in, and the login name and password are the account and password registered when the high-tech enterprise is recognized. If you can't log in, it means that the company has registered an account on the government service platform of the Ministry of Science and Technology. Please log in with the account of the government service platform of the former Ministry of Science and Technology.

Real name verification

The first time an enterprise logs in, it needs real-name authentication. Only after the authentication is passed can the related business be handled on the platform.

Enter the business processing platform of Torch Center.

Look for the "Torch Center Business Processing Platform" module in "Service Matters" to enter the processing. If the list on the right is blank, you can try to search or replace other browsers (Google Browser, 360 Extreme Mode, IE9 or above) in the red box in the upper right corner.

Third, fill in the matters needing attention

1. The report of high-level development can only be completed and revised in the torch statistical investigation system.

2. The "High Development Report" and "Torch Statistics Enterprise Annual Report" in the system are not the same report. Please be careful not to confuse them!

3 enterprises should pay attention to meet the basic threshold of national high standards when reporting, such as the proportion of scientific and technological personnel, the proportion of income from high-tech products, and the proportion of research and development expenses. (See "Common Errors" for details).

4. After submission, the enterprise must log in to the "High Enterprise Certification System" to check whether it has passed the audit, and click "Query Approval Progress" to display "Certification Institution Passed" before completing the application.

5. Login account number is the account number and password set by the enterprise when applying for high national standard. If the account number and password are lost, you can retrieve the password according to the prompts on the login page.

Fourth, fill in common mistakes.

1, the number of scientific and technical personnel cannot be 0, but should generally exceed 10%.

2, high-tech products (services) income ratio shall not be less than 60%.

3. Enjoy the high-tech enterprise 10% enterprise income tax relief, and fill in the data truthfully.

4.R&D expenses cannot be 0; China R&D expense cannot be 0; The proportion of sales revenue should generally meet the requirements of 3%, 4% and 5%.

5. "Basic R&D expenses" generally do not involve enterprises, just "0".
