Legal basis:
1 Article 37 of the Law on the Promotion of Private Education. At the end of each fiscal year, donated private schools and private schools that investors do not require a reasonable return shall draw development funds from the annual increase in net assets and private schools that investors require a reasonable return from the annual net income at a ratio of not less than 25% of the annual increase in net assets or net income for the construction and maintenance of schools and the purchase and renewal of teaching equipment.
2. "Regulations on the Implementation of the Law on the Promotion of Private Education" Article 35 The items and standards of fees charged by private schools for educated people receiving academic education shall be reported to the competent pricing department for approval and publicity; The items and standards for charging fees to other educatees shall be reported to the competent price department for the record and publicity. 3. Private schools shall submit a written application, which shall be submitted to the education administrative department or the labor and social security administrative department for examination and approval according to the school category and affiliation, and submitted to the competent price department for approval. The standard of tuition and accommodation fees charged by private schools for other non-academic educated persons shall be determined by private schools themselves and reported to the competent price department for the record.
