According to the notice on adjusting the basic pension for retirees in 2022 (No.27 [2022] of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security) and with the consent of Hebei Province, the relevant issues on adjusting the basic pension for retirees in 2022 are hereby notified as follows:
I. Adjustment scope and implementation time

Second, the adjustment methods and standards
(a) the monthly increase of 46 yuan for retired personnel.
(two) retired personnel according to my payment period (including deemed payment period) every full year to increase yuan per month (less than one year is calculated as one year); Increase the basic pension every month according to the monthly basic pension I paid in February, 20021year/KLOC-0.
(3) As of 202 1 year 1 Feb. 3 1 day, retirees 1947 1 month/day to 195 1 day. 1942 1 month 1 day to 19461February 3 1 day, each person will increase the 30 yuan per month; 194 1 year1Feb. 3 1 day or before, each person born on or before will increase the 40 yuan per month.
(4) Retirees in hard and remote areas who meet the scope of relevant laws and regulations of Ji Lao She [2009] No.3 and Ji Lao She Ban [2009]19 will receive an increase in the basic pension according to the types of hard and remote areas where they are located, with an increase of 15 yuan per person per month in Class I areas, 20 yuan per person per month in Class II areas and 25 yuan per person per month in Class III areas. Retired personnel stationed in hard and remote areas outside the province, if the category of local hard and remote areas is higher than that of our province, the 30 yuan will be increased per person per month; The basic pension will be increased according to the adjustment standard corresponding to the category of hard and remote areas in our province.
(5) If the basic pension of enterprise retired cadres after this adjustment fails to reach the average pension level of local enterprise retirees in that year, it shall be supplemented to the average pension level of local enterprise retirees in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of China and Hebei Province.
Third, the funding channels
The funds needed to adjust the basic pension shall be allocated from the personal account balance and the overall fund respectively according to the proportion of the personal account pension and the basic pension when the insured retires; When the personal account balance is zero, all of it will be charged from the overall fund. Those who participate in the basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees shall be paid from the basic old-age insurance fund of enterprises, and those who participate in the basic old-age insurance for staff of government agencies and institutions shall be paid from the basic old-age insurance fund of government agencies and institutions. Did not participate in the basic old-age insurance for employees, the adjustment of the funds needed by the original channel to solve.
Fourth, the basic pension payment
The basic old-age pension adjusted and increased by retirees who are included in the endowment insurance for employees of government agencies, institutions and enterprises shall be issued by social insurance agencies. The basic old-age pension increased by retirees of government agencies and institutions that are not included in the overall pension insurance for government agencies and institutions shall be paid by the original channels. Retirees (including floating retirees) who participate in the pilot endowment insurance of government agencies and institutions will temporarily adjust the basic pension with reference to this method, and then adjust it after the pilot norms are in place, so as to refund more and make up less.
V. Job Requirements
All localities should strengthen organizational leadership, adjust information systems, do a good job in handling services, strengthen supervision and inspection in accordance with the overall deployment of China and the province, and combine local conditions to ensure that all the basic pensions increased by retirees before July 3/KLOC-0 are paid in place.
