1, open the official website of State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China.

2. On the right side of the homepage of the website, find the column of "Location Inquiry of Competent Tax Authorities".

3. Click the "Enter" button to enter the query page.

4. On the query page, enter your city or county, and then click the "Query" button.

5. The query results will show the competent tax authorities, including the name, address, telephone number and fax number of the authorities.
