Housing provident fund extraction, eligible can be taken out at any time. At present, those who buy a house, rent a house, build a house by themselves, retire or move out of the urban area are more suitable to withdraw the provident fund.
When employees withdraw housing provident fund, they must provide the Application Form for Individual Housing Provident Fund Withdrawal stamped by the unit (in triplicate), the original and photocopy of the ID card of the extractor and the following supporting materials:
(1) If the owner-occupied house is purchased without mortgage, the following supporting materials shall be provided:
When purchasing a first-hand property, the original and photocopy of the purchase contract (or pre-sale contract) and purchase invoice (or receipt) shall be provided when purchasing for the first time;
When buying a second-hand house, provide the original and photocopy of the real estate title certificate and deed tax payment certificate for the first time;
If the compensation for land acquisition is used to increase the housing area, the original and photocopy of the housing demolition and resettlement agreement and the invoice for increasing the housing area should be provided when the compensation is first extracted;
(2) For the construction, renovation and overhaul of owner-occupied housing, provide the original and photocopy of the land use certificate (or real estate license) approved by the urban construction department at or above the town (township), the approval of the planning department at or above the town (township) for building, and the invoice (or receipt) for purchasing building materials.
(3) If renting a house for self-occupation, provide the original and photocopy of the lease contract (referring to the contract registered by the housing management department or the public housing lease contract signed with the unit) and the rent invoice (or receipt);
(4) Retirement, provide the original and photocopy of the retirement certificate.
(5) If the employee completely loses the ability to work and terminates the labor relationship with his unit, the original and photocopy of the certificate of the hospital above the municipal level and the certificate of termination of the labor relationship between the employee and the unit shall be provided.
(6) If the employee who is not registered in this Municipality terminates the labor relationship with the unit, the original and photocopy of the certificate of termination of the labor relationship between the employee and the unit shall be provided.
(7) If the registered permanent residence moves out of the city and terminates the labor relationship with the employer, the original and photocopy of the registered permanent residence move-out certificate and the certificate of termination of the labor relationship between the employee and the employer shall be provided.
(8) Unemployed (or laid-off) personnel, male 45 years old (including 45 years old), female 40 years old (including 40 years old) or above, and have been unemployed (or laid off) 12 months or more, provide the original and photocopy of unemployment certificate (or employment certificate).
