If the taxpayer has one of the following circumstances, the system will automatically stop providing invoices to him:
1, with signs of closed or abnormal households;
2. There are overdue administrative punishment decisions or tax treatment decisions;
3. The self-billing taxpayer fails to pass the annual review or the self-billing logo is locked;
4. The invoice purchase qualification has expired;
5. Branches that have handled business tax summary and tax payment;
6. Lost contact with the taxpayer logo;
7. Zero declaration (business tax) for more than two consecutive months.
The system will automatically stop supplying invoices, and after the taxpayer or withholding agent corrects the illegal behavior or goes through the formalities of resuming business, the system will automatically resume supplying invoices normally.
Because the business scope in the business license cannot include maintenance, does the tax bureau have the right to stop invoicing us? -The General Taxation Bureau will not stop providing invoices.
