(2) The project has made remarkable achievements in striving for success. Actively promote projects such as reservoir reinforcement, regulation of small and medium-sized rivers, key small-scale farmers' water counties, and follow-up work planning of the Three Gorges, and progress is smooth. The total planned investment of the project is 460.39 million yuan, of which the national investment is about 270 million yuan. At present, the investment plan has been issued at 58.47 million yuan, with 39.6 million yuan in place. The details are as follows: the preliminary design schemes of six small (II) reservoirs, such as Sixin, Zhanbei, Qingshan, Guandayan, Xiongjiawan and Changchong, have been approved, and the investment plan is 9.6 million yuan, which has been put in place. The preliminary design scheme of Zijingling Town Section of Manao River has been approved, with an investment plan of 28.87 million yuan, which has been put in place100000 yuan. Yichang Juzhanghe Pumping Station Reconstruction Project (Qixing Station, Huyanglin Second Station, Tunjukou Station, Fengtai Station and Yuntai Station) has issued an investment plan of XX million yuan, which has been put in place and is under construction bidding. The preliminary design scheme of Shanxi Chong Reservoir and Hujiafan Reservoir reinforcement project has been approved by the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, with a total investment of 40,624,700 yuan and 38,558,500 yuan respectively. The standard text of the 20 12 annual small-scale key county project of central finance in Xx city has passed the examination, and the planned investment is 20,246,300 yuan. The feasibility study report of Zhangjujiang dike flood project has passed the evaluation of Yangtze River Water Conservancy Commission and has been submitted to the Ministry of Water Resources. The estimated investment in XX section is about 65.438+0.5 billion yuan. The follow-up work plan of the Three Gorges Project, the reconstruction project of irrigation and drainage pumping station along the Yangtze River 10 and the feasibility study report of Bailizhou Water Plant Project have been submitted to the Provincial Water Resources Department for review, with planned investments of 35 million yuan and 47.49 million yuan respectively.

Two, based on a solid foundation, focusing on the basic construction of farmland water conservancy.

Since last winter and this spring, the city has focused on the regulation of ponds, the dredging of irrigation and drainage channels, the reinforcement of reservoirs, the renovation of pumping stations, the restoration of water damage projects and drinking water safety projects, and vigorously promoted the basic construction of farmland water conservancy with the initiative of "five stresses and five highlights". Up to now, all the main projects have been completed, including 5 reservoirs, annual maintenance 13, dikes 15, water damage 13, 5 channels, 655 channels, dredging 1200 kilometers, 50 kilometers of final canal system construction and 6 small pumping stations maintenance. * * * The total amount of earthwork, concrete, stone and mortar is 7,963,600 cubic meters, 84,700 cubic meters,133,400 cubic meters and170,000 cubic meters respectively, with an investment of 206.73 million yuan. ?
