1. Recruitment conditions

3. Registration, payment and admission ticket issuance

(1) Written exam

The written exam uses two test papers, A and B. The content of Paper A consists of two parts: basic knowledge of public affairs and professional ability test. Among them, the basic knowledge of the public examination accounts for 30 points, and the professional ability test accounts for 70 points; those applying for medical positions in Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Dalian University and Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Dalian University use Paper B. The content of Paper B consists of the basic knowledge of the public security examination and the basic medical knowledge. The theory consists of two parts, of which basic public knowledge accounts for 30 points and basic medical theory accounts for 70 points. 3. Written test requirements

Applicants for the written test should take the written test at the time and place specified on the admission ticket. Those who fail to take the written test on time will be deemed to have given up automatically. When taking the written test, applicants must bring their resident ID card and admission ticket. Those with incomplete documents are not allowed to take the test. 30 minutes after the written test starts, late applicants will not be allowed to enter the examination room. 4. Score query

5. Plan the shortlisted candidates for interview

Applicants whose written test scores reach the passing score line will be selected according to the written test scores from high to low in a ratio of 2:1 according to the job recruitment plan. Plan to interview shortlisted candidates. The final candidates determined in a ratio of 2:1 who have tied written test scores will be considered as shortlisted candidates for the proposed interview, and will be determined as finalists for the formal interview after qualification review.

For positions where the ratio of the number of candidates who have passed the written test to the number of positions in the recruitment plan does not form a 2:1 ratio, applicants who have passed the qualification review can still enter the interview.

(2) Qualification review

(3) Interview

1. Interview content: It mainly examines the comprehensive quality, professional knowledge and practical operation ability of the interviewer to adapt to the actual job requirements. The full interview score is 100 points, and the passing score for the interview is 60 points. Applicants who do not meet the passing score for the interview will not be hired.

2. Interview requirements: The interview shall be conducted in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Implementation Rules for Interviews of Public Recruitment Personnel in Dalian Public Institutions" (Darenfa [2006] No. 24). (4) Total exam score

The total exam score is 100 points. The total exam score of the candidates will be announced on the website of the Personnel Office of Dalian University and will be calculated based on the weight of the written test and interview scores. Calculated by point method, the weight is 5:5. The total test score = written test score × 50% + interview score × 50%. Based on the total scores, candidates for the inspection and physical examination will be determined in a 1:1 ratio to the number of positions. For those with a tie in total scores, the candidates for the inspection and physical examination will be determined in the order of interview scores from high to low. , if the interview scores are still the same, candidates for inspection and physical examination will be determined through additional tests.

5. Inspection and Physical Examination

The employer will not hire those who fail the inspection or physical examination.

6. Publicity and Recruitment
