7. National Uniform Code Certificate issued by Technical Supervision Bureau;
8. Other documents and materials required by the tax authorities;
Enterprises with foreign investment shall provide the following documents, materials and copies;
1, business license;
2. Enterprise contracts and articles of association;
3. Feasibility analysis report;
4. Approval certificate issued by the foreign trade department;
5, the national unified code certificate issued by the technical supervision department;
6. Other documents and materials required by the tax authorities;
③ Foreign enterprises shall provide the following documents, materials and copies:
1, business license or registration certificate;
2, issued by the competent foreign trade department of the "approval certificate" and project contracting license;
3. An application signed by the chairman or general manager of the head office;
4. Brief introduction of the Head Office and relevant domestic institutions;
Work permit, passport or family visit certificate of the chief representative and foreigners working in domestic institutions;
6. Bank account opening license;
7, the national unified code certificate issued by the technical supervision department;
8. Other documents and materials required by the tax authorities;
If required by the local tax authorities, copies of accounting vouchers are required.
