I. Recruitment indicators

(1) Registration:

(2) Examination

The examination adopts written examination and interview methods, each accounting for 50% of the total score. The content of the examination is basic knowledge and professional knowledge. According to the written test scores from high to low, the interviewee is determined by twice the number of recruitment indicators (if it is less than twice, the interviewee is determined by the actual number). Both the written test and the interview are 100, and those with less than 60 points will be eliminated.

The written test time will be notified separately. Applicants must bring their ID cards to participate in the written test, and the test location and interview related matters will be notified separately.

Applicants who meet the recruitment requirements can get extra points in the total score in the following circumstances, and the points will not be accumulated:

(4) Physical examination

According to the recruitment index, the physical examination objects are determined according to the total score from high to low among the qualified interviewees. The physical examination method refers to the relevant provisions of the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial). Those who fail the physical examination will be eliminated. Those who fail to attend the medical examination at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have given up the medical examination. Vacant places due to abandonment of medical examination or unqualified medical examination can be filled in the order of high score to low score among qualified interviewers.   

(5) Investigation

Among the qualified medical personnel, the qualified medical personnel are inspected, mainly to investigate their moral and political integrity performance and qualifications for application.

(6) Employment

Qualified personnel are to be employed. If there is no objection after 3 days of publicity, the employment procedures shall be handled according to the regulations.

Fourth, the treatment of personnel

The employed personnel shall be appointed by contract, with reference to the treatment of employed personnel in the town. The probation period is three months, and the employment contract shall be signed after the probation period is qualified.
