What is the cancellation process for ordinary taxpayers?
General taxpayer cancellation process:

1, go to the processing hall to collect and fill in the Approval Form for Cancellation of Tax Registration, the Registration Form for Cancellation of Invoice and the Collection List of "Two Cards and One Device";

2. Cancel the anti-counterfeiting tax control system in the lobby;

3. Go through cancellation procedures and submit materials:

(1) Approval Form for Cancellation of Tax Registration, Registration Form for Cancellation of Invoice and Collection List of "Two Cards and One Device"

(2) The original and duplicate of the tax registration certificate; Invoice purchase book

(3) The invoice (special ticket, general ticket) and special seal for invoice purchased for the last time.

(4) The company provides proof that it is no longer engaged in business activities or a resolution of the shareholders' meeting.

(6) If the head office cancels, submit the Notice of Cancellation of Tax Registration to the branch office.

(7) If the business license is revoked, it shall be submitted to the administrative department for industry and commerce for revocation decision.

(8) The company involves cross-regional address change, which belongs to migration cancellation, and the detailed address of the change should be indicated in the "cancellation reason" column.

4. After the above procedures are completed, please bring your official seal to the Audit and Tax Assessment Section to receive the Tax Inspection Conclusion within 15 working days.

5. Please take the Tax Inspection Conclusion and relevant materials to the lobby to receive the Approval Form for Cancellation of Tax Registration and the Notice for Cancellation of Tax Registration.
