(a) to cancel the administrative examination and approval items announced by the Yunnan Provincial People's Government;

(two) the abolition of agricultural tax, agricultural specialty tax, slaughter tax, foreign food risk fund collection and management responsibilities;

(three) to cancel the supervision and management responsibility for the implementation of the financial system of collective and private enterprises and the financial census of collective enterprises;

(four) the collection of trade union funds and reserve funds included in the responsibilities of the Yunnan Provincial Federation of Trade Unions.
