Hello!

If the traffic police's administrative behavior infringes on your legitimate rights and interests, you can apply to the administrative reconsideration organ for review of the provisions when applying for reconsideration.

Article 7 of the Administrative Reconsideration Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that citizens, legal persons or other organizations may apply to the administrative reconsideration organ for review of the following provisions when they consider that the specific administrative act of the administrative organ is illegal:

(2) Provisions of local people's governments at or above the county level and their departments;

(3) Provisions of the people's governments of townships and towns.

The provisions listed in the preceding paragraph do not include the regulations of the Ministry, the Commission and the local people's government of the State Council. The review of rules and regulations shall be handled in accordance with laws and administrative regulations.
