By the end of 2008, there were 20 12 employees in the refinery, including 227 managers, 223 professional technicians and 1562 operators and service personnel. The organ consists of seven departments, including comprehensive office, production department, technology department, motor department, safety and environmental protection department, organization and personnel department and party-mass work department. There are 18 production and auxiliary workshops, including atmospheric and vacuum distillation workshop 1, atmospheric and vacuum distillation workshop 2, catalytic cracking workshop, heavy oil catalytic workshop, diesel oil hydrogenation workshop, hydrocracking workshop, combined aromatic workshop, sulfur recovery workshop, delayed coking workshop, finished product workshop, crude oil workshop, assembly and washing workshop, analysis workshop, instrument workshop, electrical workshop, water supply and drainage workshop, boiler workshop and comprehensive workshop.
