The Historical Evolution of Duantang Street
The ancestors of Duantang lived here long before the Han Dynasty. In the Ming Dynasty, it belonged to the fifty-first capital of Hengshan Li, Qingdao Township, Yinxian County, Ningbo Province. In the early Qing Dynasty and the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to the three maps of fifty-first capital of Hengshan Li, Qingdao Township. In the nineteenth year of the Republic of China (1930), Duantang was set as Li, belonging to the first district of Yinxian County. 1949 Yin County was liberated on May 25th, and it was designated as five districts and forty-nine townships, and Duantang belonged to Qingdao Township in the ancient forest area. 1950 In order to meet the needs of fighting bandits and land reform, Duantang successively belonged to Buzheng Township, Tangxi Township and Jianshe Township until 1955 and 1956. From 1959 to 1962, it belonged to the Buzheng commune in the ancient forest area. During Duantang, it was established for the agricultural production brigade, which was divided into seven production teams: Fanjia, Dacao, Xiaocao, Yantou, Yujia, Sujia and Yinjia * * *. Because Duantang has always lived together in rural areas, Duantang residents' association was established at that time, but they were not unified. Duantang was placed under Shiqian Commune in Yinjiang District (known as Shiqian Commune Revolutionary Committee during the "Cultural Revolution"), 1983 was withdrawn from Ningbo, and the township people's government was restored with the city leading the county. Duantang was established as an administrative village under the jurisdiction of Shiqian Township in Yinjiang District, Ningbo City, and its jurisdiction remained unchanged. 1984 In February, the State Council approved the establishment of Duantang Town, which is under the jurisdiction of Haishu District of Ningbo City. The town under its jurisdiction was divided into Duantang and Dingjia administrative villages by Shiqian Township of Yinxian County, Liangfeng Village by Yongjiang Commune, and then Wujia Village by Shiqian Township. On the basis of the original Duantang neighborhood Committee, the residents in the area were divided into Xiongzhen and Xiaojia, which were established successively. On May 20, 2002, according to the document Haizheng (2002) 15 of Haishu District People's Government, Duantang Town was abolished and Duantang Sub-district Office was established, with seven community neighborhood committees and four administrative villages under its jurisdiction.
