Check whether the certificate has expired:

1, plug in k-treasure.

2. Click Start-Program-Find Online Certificate Tool of Agricultural Bank of China-Polar Information-Management Tool-View Certificate.

Replace the certificate, plug in the K-treasure, find the online certificate tool of Agricultural Bank of China-Polar Information-Management Tool-Certificate-Enter the reference number and authorization code-Submit-Enter the K-treasure password-Click OK in the prompt window (don't refresh the browser or something)-Click Yes (request the certificate)-Enter the K-treasure in the prompt window.
