Qujiang new district. Xi 'an, Chang 'an and Haojing for short, is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Shaanxi Province. It is the capital of Shaanxi province, a sub-provincial city, a megacity, the core area of xi metropolitan area and the core city of Guanzhong plain urban agglomeration. It is an important central city in western China and an important national scientific research, education and industrial base approved by the State Council. The Taxation Bureau of Qujiang New District of Xi City was established in June 2006, and is responsible for the national tax collection and management of more than 2,500 enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households in Qujiang New District.
