According to Article 1 of the Announcement on Further Adjusting the Tax-free Shopping Policy for Tourists in Hainan Island, the cumulative tax-free shopping limit for tourists in Sanya Island (including residents on the island) is increased to 30,000 yuan per person per year, unlimited times.

Article 2 Some household medical devices shall be added, and vision training devices, hearing AIDS, orthopedic fixation devices and household respiratory support equipment (non-life-support) shall be added to the list of duty-free commodities on outlying islands. Passengers on outlying islands must meet the following conditions for duty-free shopping:

1. I have purchased air tickets for outlying islands and obtained valid identity documents; Domestic tourists hold resident identity cards (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan tourists with valid travel documents), and foreign tourists hold passports;

2. Pay duty-free goods at designated duty-free shops in outlying islands. The variety, quantity, amount and quantity of goods for duty-free shopping are within the scope stipulated by the state, and shopping vouchers are obtained according to regulations;

3. Passengers take their ID cards and shopping vouchers to the designated pick-up points to pick up the duty-free goods purchased in the airport isolation area, and take them out of the island by themselves.
