Both parties shall sign a patent licensing contract by themselves, and go through the filing formalities within 3 months from the date when the patent contract takes effect. The filing of patent licensing contracts refers to the act of the patent administration department or its entrusted department to keep and publicize the patent licensing contracts that have been concluded and come into effect by the parties. 1 Article 5 of the Measures for the Administration of Filing of Patent Licensing Contracts, the parties concerned shall go through the filing procedures within 3 months from the effective date of the patent contract.

Article 13 of the Measures for the Administration of Filing Patent Licensing Contracts shall submit the following documents when filing a patent contract:
