Oubei is a town under the jurisdiction of Yongjia County, which is separated from Wenzhou by an Oujiang River. The banks of the river are all pebbles to form riverbanks. In the cracks of pebbles, osmanthus trees that explore the water are in clusters of yellow flowers, and the rich aroma seeps into the hearts of tourists. It is said that this 300-meter-long wooden corridor near the water was rebuilt a few years ago. In the past, Yantou Town did have such a promenade on the bank of Lishui, but it was long ago and it was completely destroyed.
At the end of the corridor, there is a wooden quadrangle, East Ancestral Hall. There is a note on the wall of this East Ancestral Hall that in those days, there were more than 20 Red Army soldiers in this courtyard who were suddenly shot by government machine guns. Now, this East Ancestral Hall is a revolutionary attraction.
On the bank of Lishui, there are pavilions, old trees with moss-covered trunks, fishing idlers and village women who wash their hands by the river. On the other side, there was a man pushing a car and walking across the stone bridge. Lishui River flows quietly, the waterwheel creaks and turns, and a yellow dog comes running hastily, stops, barks at the river twice, and then turns and runs away ...
There are also several border vegetable fields by the river, and there are several farmhouses beside the vegetable fields. The walls of the courtyard are all made of large pebbles, and the walls of the houses are painted with white ash, and the roof is made of black tiles. There are orange trees sticking out from the short pebble wall, and big yellow oranges are full of trees and branches.

At the end of the pebble-paved Lishui River, there is a two-story cornice building built on a high pebble embankment. There is a plaque on the small building: Xishan No.1 Library. Next to this small building, there is a gate with high stone steps. There are three words "Wen zai zi" on the forehead of the door, and there are couplets on both sides: Renshan semi-Guo Xiu, Zhi Shui Yi Chi Qing. On the hill behind the small building, there is also an exquisite pagoda, Wenfeng Pagoda.
People living here should be practitioners of the ideal rural life of ancient Confucianism in China! The so-called farming and reading have been handed down from family to family for a long time, and poetry and books have been passed down from generation to generation.
