Two. Process of changing business license (1) To change the name of an enterprise with a business license, the following documents shall be submitted to the original registration authority:
1. Application for change registration signed by the chairman and vice chairman of the enterprise (in duplicate, the same below);
2. Resolution of the board of directors of the enterprise;
3. Supplementary modification agreements of relevant contracts and articles of association;
4. Original and copy of business license;
5. Other materials required by the registration authority.
(2) Where the domicile is changed, the following documents shall be submitted:
1. Application for change registration signed by the chairman and vice chairman of the enterprise;
2. Resolutions of the board of directors;
3, the new residence use certificate;
4. Original and copy of business license.
(3) To change the business scope of the business license, the following documents shall be submitted:
1. Application for change registration signed by the chairman and vice chairman of the enterprise;
2. Resolutions of the board of directors;
3, the supplementary amendment agreement of the articles of association of the contract and the approval documents and new approval certificates of the original examination and approval authority;
4. Approval documents for the change of business scope involving special examination and approval of national laws and regulations;
5. Original and duplicate of business license.
(4) Where the registered capital of the business license is increased or the operating period of the business license is changed, the following documents shall be submitted:
1. Application for registration of change of business license signed by the chairman and vice chairman of the enterprise;
2. Resolutions of the board of directors;
3. The capital verification report of the paid-up original registered capital (except the adjusted registered capital);
4. Supplementary amendment agreement of the contract and articles of association, the approval documents of the original examination and approval authority and the new approval certificate;
5. Original and duplicate of business license;
6. Other documents required by the registration authority.
(5) The following documents shall be submitted for the reduction of registered capital (referring to unadjusted registered capital) and the change of registration:
1. Application for reduction of registered capital for business license signed by the chairman of the enterprise;
2. An application for change registration signed by the chairman and vice chairman of the enterprise;
3. Resolutions unanimously adopted by the board of directors;
4. Supplementary amendment agreement of the contract and articles of association, the approval documents of the original examination and approval authority and the new approval certificate;
5. The proof that the enterprise has published three announcements on the reduction of registered capital of its business license in newspapers at or above the provincial level;
6, corporate debt settlement or debt guarantee statement;
7. Original and duplicate of business license;
8. Other documents required by the registration authority.
(6) To change the company name, first, take the resolutions of the board of directors (shareholders' meeting), amendments to the company's articles of association and other materials to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to change the business license.
1. Bring the changed business license, original and photocopy of organization code certificate, IC card, official seal, old and new legal representative ID card, agent ID card and other materials to change the organization code certificate.
2. Bring the changed business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate, official seal and other materials to change the tax registration certificate.
3. Take the above changed documents and change the basic account opening permit, loan certificate, various qualification certificates and other documents.
Note: the change must be completed within one month, or you will be fined.
The original business license and official seal are required to change the organization code. If the legal representative changes, a copy of the ID card of the new legal representative shall be provided. If the shareholders are changed, new articles of association are needed. When you change your address, you don't need to bring anything. You need to bring the original organization code certificate and the original IC card.
The original and photocopy of the tax registration certificate, the photocopy of the organization code certificate, the original business license and the official seal of the enterprise are required to change the tax registration. If the legal representative changes, he/she needs to bring a new legal representative ID card and new articles of association, a new shareholder ID card, a new articles of association and a new lease agreement, as well as a company official seal.
Note: The longest processing time is 3 working days, and the change fee does not exceed 100 yuan.

If the address of industrial and commercial business license is changed to 1, the notification letter of enterprise registration file transfer shall be handled at the industrial and commercial department where the new address is located. After going through the formalities, the industrial and commercial department waiting for the new address calls the enterprise after receiving the industrial and commercial information of the enterprise, and goes to the new industrial and commercial department to handle the specific address change (fill in a change registration form and power of attorney) with the Notice of Relocation and Change Registration to the licensing window for a new Business License seven days after completing the formalities.
