Written test subjects and weights

The scores of application and administrative professional ability test are 120 respectively, and the application and administrative professional ability test each account for 50% of the written test scores. The written test scores account for 60% of the total test scores, and the interview scores account for 40% of the total test scores. The written test scores, interview scores and total scores are reserved to 2 decimal places. Candidates who are absent from the written test or have zero scores will be disqualified from this test.

Calculation method of total written test score:

Total written test score = (sum of application and line test scores/sum of full marks of application and line test papers) × 100+ policy bonus.

Bonus policy

1. Ethnic minority candidates who apply for positions in state-level organs in six autonomous prefectures have a total score of 3 points in written examination; Minority candidates who apply for six autonomous counties (cities, committees) and Datong County, Huzhu County, Minhe County, Hualong County, Xunhua County and below will get a total score of 5 points in written test.

2. Candidates whose parents have worked in six autonomous prefectures for three years (or whose current household registration is in six autonomous prefectures) who apply for positions in state-level organs in six autonomous prefectures will get extra points in the written test according to the following provisions: 10 plus 1 less than three years, 10 plus more than 20 years plus more than 2,20 years plus 3; Those who apply for positions in counties (cities, committees) and township organs in six autonomous prefectures will be awarded points according to the following provisions: 3 years and 5 years 1 point, 5 years and 0/0 years and 2 points, 10 years and 3 points, 15 years and 20 years.
