The following personnel do not participate in this nucleic acid test and need to report to the village residence in advance:

1, don't take part in the test within 48 hours after inoculation of Covid-19 vaccine to avoid false positive of nucleic acid test.

2. For those who have recently returned from other places and are implementing the "7+7" and "3+ 1 1" control measures, please don't go to the centralized sampling point, and take samples from their villages.

3. Personnel who assign yellow codes to Su Kang codes should take the initiative to report to their village residence in advance, and the village residence will take samples at home or at wrong time in a separate time period.

4. If you have symptoms such as fever, cough, diarrhea and fatigue, please don't go to the centralized sampling point. On the premise of personal protection, report to your village in advance, and go to the fever clinic nearby in time to avoid taking public transportation.

Third, matters needing attention

1, get ready in advance

Residents and friends are invited to go to the sampling point for nucleic acid sampling in an orderly manner according to the notice of the community, village residence and unit. In order to facilitate the rapid detection, please log in to the "Sukangbao" applet in advance to make an appointment, show the QR code of the appointment, and go to the nearest sampling point in batches and in different periods to carry out the detection.

Residents who go to sample alone and can't use smart phones, please prepare your ID card and note with your mobile phone number, and the staff will provide you with guidance and help; Children without ID cards should be accompanied by their parents and make an appointment in advance for the registration of the "Su Kangbao" applet.

2, orderly participate in sampling

During the inspection, residents and friends are requested to obey the instructions of the on-site staff, wear masks regularly throughout the inspection, keep a distance of more than 2 meters from others when queuing, do not talk, do not get together, maintain good order, and orderly complete the workflow of code scanning, registration and sampling. When queuing for inspection, please prepare the health code and travel code in advance for inspection.

Half an hour to 1 hour before sampling, please don't smoke, drink strong tea or chew gum to avoid affecting the test results.

Please don't touch the clothes of medical staff and anything on the sampling console, and don't leave keys, mobile phones, ID cards and other items on the table.

Please don't send videos, chase dramas, play online games and other behaviors that occupy the network bandwidth at the nucleic acid detection site, so as not to cause information registration and entry to get stuck and reduce the collection efficiency.

Shop owners, hotels and guesthouses such as Yiwu Trade City and Huaihai Building Materials City should promptly notify employees and residents to take part in nucleic acid testing at the sampling point nearby, and provide convenience for them to participate in the testing.

3. Strict closed-loop management

After sampling, you should get the "sampled" card and keep it properly. All citizens who enter and leave the community, work units, service halls, hotels, shopping malls, supermarkets, farmers' markets and other public places are required to check the "sampled" card or the test certificate of "Sukangbao". Without the above certificate, they are not allowed to enter.

Failure to participate in large-scale nucleic acid testing will bring many impacts on your life and health. Those who do not participate in large-scale nucleic acid testing will be given yellow codes, and those who refuse to cooperate or support nucleic acid testing, disturb the order or conceal, falsely report or falsify information, resulting in the risk of epidemic spread will be strictly investigated for legal responsibility according to law.
