Dejun WANG is from Dehui, Jilin. Jilin University holds a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in semiconductor materials (chemistry), and holds a Ph.D. in materials science from Tsinghua University. He has served in Peking University, Nagoya University and Nara Advanced University of Science and Technology successively. In July, 2004, he was hired as a professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Electronic Science and Technology of the Department of Electronic Information and Electrical Engineering of Dalian University of Technology.
