3. Candidates who have been confirmed cases, asymptomatic infected persons and close contacts in COVID-19 in the past and have completed isolation medical observation and health monitoring according to regulations shall take the initiative to report to the recruiting unit and provide relevant certification materials. Candidates who have lived in a low-risk area within 7 days before the test are counted from the day they leave the low-risk area, and have completed the epidemic prevention and control regulations before the test?
