3. Project acceptance

After the construction is completed, Party A will conduct quality acceptance, and Party B shall cooperate.

IV. Project Price and Settlement Method

1. Total Project Quantity: Calculated based on the actual time of project approval.

2. Project pricing: The visa negotiation price shall prevail.

3. Total amount: unit price × total construction quantity (finally settled based on the actual completed work volume).

4. Settlement method: After the project is completed and confirmed by both parties, Party B will issue an invoice based on the actual price, and Party A will transfer the construction payment to the account designated by Party B.

5. Warranty

When quality problems occur, Party B shall perform maintenance obligations promptly, effectively and fully. Party A is not responsible for any expenses such as materials, labor, transportation, food and accommodation, etc. Matters not covered in this contract shall be resolved through negotiation between Party A and Party B.

Article 5: Construction and design changes

All design changes must be confirmed by Party A and signed by both parties before construction can begin. Without the consent of Party A, the construction unit may make any changes without authorization. For the construction part, Party A will not settle the bill.

Article 6: Completion Acceptance and Warranty

1. Before the completion acceptance of the unit project, Party B shall notify Party A two days in advance for acceptance. If Party A fails to participate as scheduled, it may be extended. If the acceptance is passed, the completion date shall be recognized; if the acceptance is unsatisfactory, Party B shall take remedial measures and select a date for re-acceptance. The completion date shall be based on the time of acceptance.

2. After the project is completed and accepted, the project quality is guaranteed for one year.

Article 7: Economic Responsibility

1. Party B is responsible for safety, quality and other accidents that occur during construction.
