What do I need to bring to change my tax registration certificate?
Tax registration certificate change legal person needs to bring the following things:

1. Original and photocopy of industrial and commercial business license;

2. Original and photocopy of enterprise organization code certificate;

3. The original and photocopy of the ID card of the legal representative;

4. The original and photocopy of the agent's (agent's) ID card (this is required for non-legal agents to apply);

5. Power of attorney, which needs to be stamped with the official seal and signed by the legal person (it needs to be brought if the non-legal representative handles it);

6. Copy of basic account account opening permit;

7. Tax deduction agreement signed with the bank;

8. Official seal;

9. Special seal for invoices (if invoices need to be purchased in future operations).

Tax registration certificate:

The tax registration certificate refers to the registration certificate issued by a taxpayer engaged in production or business operations when applying for tax registration to the competent tax authorities in the place where the production or business operations or tax obligations occur.

Taxpayers must hold tax registration certificates when opening bank accounts, applying for tax reduction, exemption, tax refund and other matters, except those that do not need to issue tax registration certificates according to regulations. Taxpayers shall publicly hang the original tax registration certificate in their production, business operation or office places and accept the inspection by the tax authorities.

According to the deployment of the State Council, starting from 20 16 12 1, the business license and tax registration certificate of individual industrial and commercial households will be integrated nationwide.
