4. Payment at the counter of China Construction Bank (not recommended): Insured residents in Saertu District must pay at the counter of China Construction Bank or the smart teller machine in Sarthou District, which can be handled normally on weekends.

Second, the new insurance management method
Due to the epidemic situation, the new insurance for urban and rural residents will be handled offline on 1/month 1 in the future.
