Tai 'an Ma Yin Ethnic Literature Park is a "concentrated ethnic education community" founded with the care and support of provincial, municipal and district party committees and governments. It integrates kindergarten, primary school and middle school, covering a total area of 66 mu, and can accommodate 12 middle school classes, 24 primary school classes and 6 kindergarten classes, forming a centralized education community from kindergarten to primary school and then to junior high school.

Ma Yin National Literature Garden is a combination of practicality, nationality, appreciation and landscape, with distinctive national characteristics. Among them, the National Hope Primary School is built according to the standards of provincial-level standardized schools, with a total investment of more than 5 million yuan. The foundation stone was laid on February 28th, 2004, and it was completed and put into use on September 1 of the same year. In April, 2006, it passed the acceptance of provincial standardization schools.

The water price is 1 yuan /m3 approved by the price department. In engineering maintenance, water supply control, metering and charging, etc. , the responsibility should be clear to people, dicing management, personal responsibility, work performance should be directly linked to personal income, to ensure the long-term operation of water supply projects, so that people in Mazhuang Town can use safe water 24 hours a day.
