In order to do a good job in tax service, State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China has set up tax service agencies, provincial state taxation bureaus have tax service departments, municipal state taxation bureaus and district and county state taxation bureaus have tax service departments.

Tax service is the service items and measures provided by tax authorities to taxpayers in the process of tax collection, inspection and implementation of tax legal relief according to the provisions of tax laws and administrative regulations.

Tax service is the general name of comprehensive, standardized, convenient and economical service measures provided by tax authorities for taxpayers, including:

1. Publicize the tax law and provide tax advice and guidance;

2. Provide convenient conditions for tax declaration and tax-related matters;

3. Provide personalized services according to the different tax demands of taxpayers;

4. Handle the taxpayer's complaints in time and feedback the results in time.
