Article 1 In order to raise funds and ensure the normal work of the Association, these Measures are formulated in accordance with the relevant national laws, the Notice of the Provincial Department of Civil Affairs on Adjusting the Membership Fee Policy of Social Organizations (Xiang Min Fa [2004] No.26) and the articles of association of the Association.

Article 2 The collection of membership fees of this Association shall be implemented by the secretariat of this Association.

Article 3 The membership fee standard of this Association is divided into five grades, as follows:

Ordinary member: 800 yuan -2000 yuan/year.

Competent unit: 1400 yuan -3000 yuan/year.

Executive Director: 2,000-5,000 yuan/year.

Unit of Vice Chairman: 1 10,000-40,000/year

Single director: 20,000-60,000/year

Article 4 In any of the following circumstances, the membership fee may be reduced or exempted:

1. The unit that serves as the chairman or vice-chairman and concurrently serves as the executive director and director will no longer be charged the membership fee for serving as the executive director and director;

2. Exempt from the membership fees of government administrative organs (units or departments) and schools;

3. The membership fees of public institutions shall be reduced or exempted as appropriate;

4. Other circumstances that can be reduced or exempted.

Article 5 Time, amount and bills for collecting membership dues

1. The membership fee is paid in the first quarter of each year. New members of the unit should pay the full membership fee of the current year first, and then pay it annually;

2. According to the development of the Internet industry and the needs of the association's activities, the secretariat of the association may determine the annual membership fee within the scope of the first membership fee standard of these Measures;

3. The collection of membership dues strictly uses receipts or tax invoices from social organizations;

Article 6 Use and supervision of membership dues

1. Membership dues are mainly used for business activities and the daily expenses of the association in accordance with the articles of association, and shall not be used for other purposes;

2. The membership fee shall be subject to the supervision and inspection of the competent department, the association registration management department and the finance and taxation department;

3. The membership fee shall be reviewed by the members' congress.

Article 7 The Association accepts legal donations and sponsorship activities from social organizations and individuals.

Article 8 The Standing Council of Hunan Internet Association shall be responsible for the interpretation and revision of these Measures. These Measures shall come into effect after being adopted by the second member congress and put on record as required.
