The monthly settlement fee of medical insurance in designated medical institutions is divided into two parts: outpatient service and hospitalization:
(1) Outpatient expenses settlement of designated medical institutions: the outpatient expenses of employees shall be settled according to the facts, and the outpatient expenses of residents shall be settled according to the indicators of the signed annual agreement (shared to the current month). Make monthly settlement every month and print the report to the finance department for payment.
(2) Settlement of hospitalization expenses of designated medical institutions: according to the medical service agreements signed by designated medical institutions, the monthly discharged patients are preliminarily examined according to the diagnosis information of discharged diseases, and then the hospital gives feedback and provides relevant basis. We will retrieve the patient's personal information according to the information provided by the hospital for verification, and then feedback the final review results to the hospital. After confirmation by both parties, we will generate a monthly settlement report and pay it to the fund management department.
