All villages and residential areas except closed control areas, control areas and key control areas.

Third, specific measures.

On the basis of implementing various normalized epidemic prevention measures in villages and residential areas, villages and residential areas will be released in an orderly manner.

1. Make information registration. From now on, residents' nucleic acid testing and basic information will be registered in detail in villages and residential quarters, and residents' information registration forms and nucleic acid testing certificates will be formed.

2. Review and issue passes. Villages and residential areas take towns as units to design travel permits. Taking communities and residential areas as units, after reviewing all employees' nucleic acid detection records and residents' information registration forms, community passes will be issued as proof of community access.

3. Pass in and out of the community. Residents of the community can freely enter and leave the community with their passes. In principle, non-residents of this community are not allowed to enter. If there are special circumstances, the community will review the nucleic acid test certificate and other related materials, and register the entry and exit.

4. Management of key personnel in the community. Provide "home service" for home health monitoring personnel, and review and issue community passes after the expiration of home inspection.

5. Smooth road traffic. Except for the closed control zone, the control zone and the surrounding counties that need traffic control, all other areas are open to ensure smooth traffic.
