Then this policy comes out, in fact, our truck transportation industry has entered a state of digital development, digital control and digital upgrade. Among our digital industries, the truck transportation industry is the only one with top-level design.

Therefore, the first year is of great significance, not only for the digitalization of truck transportation industry, but also for the digitalization development of China.

I think there are still two things that we overestimate in this transformation process.

The first thing is how to issue invoices in compliance, which is a new compliance system in the process of digitalization of the industry.

These policies are just a small bonus for the digital development of the country, and they are a lever to incite this matter into the fast lane. Compliance is not a core competitiveness, but maintaining compliance may be one of the core competitiveness. I think the invoice is considered by many people to be the core of online freight, and I think this fact is a bit excessive.

The second thing is in the mode of car-goods matching, which may also be overestimated, because it is only a link in the whole process. The digitalization of our logistics truck transportation industry includes a whole process, and the digitalization of the whole process will create a new process in this industry.

Next, we need to understand what transportation capacity is. In my concept, there is at least one smallest unit. Only when people control this car can they produce labor, which is a transportation capacity.

However, it is necessary for such a basic unit to connect with logistics demand through various chains and various chains, and all management links are added to form the supply chain of transportation capacity.

However, different formats have different supply chains, either long or short. The supply chain of transportation capacity is a "human" with genetic synergy. In the face of great uncertainty, in our experience, it is still the cooperation between "people" and the relationship chain between "people", not a "thing" that can run automatically.

In the new format, let's predict what kind of species will appear in the future. These two ends can't have both. One end is more and more personalized and the other end is more and more standardized, which will lead to different enterprise configurations.

Everyone has been arguing about how big the scale of contract logistics can be. I think it may be bigger abroad, but the contract logistics in China is relatively small, which is related to personalization.

The most special thing about our logistics demand in China is that its personalization is not only at the operational level, but more importantly at the business level. What kind of customers are faced with, what are his preferences, what is his account period, and what is his credit? This is personalization.

Generally speaking, the essence of online freight platform is to do digital work, and the implementation of this digitalization will trigger a series of evolutionary changes. Based on my experience in these years, this evolutionary change can sum up internal changes and external changes. There will be dispatching sites and supporting departments inside, while the external ones are mainly direct transportation and transparent management of external transportation suppliers, etc., all of which are brought about by the digitalization of the whole process.

Credit Circulation Mechanism of Lu Ge Platform

This is a digital panorama of our Lu Ge platform. Many details in this panorama will change, but generally speaking, the principle will not change.

What is this principle? We divide different customers into different links and connect them with SaaS. The core is that we should use scenarios to drive processes, use processes to project data, and use data to drive our operation management and waybill management. The core is only one thing. These data must not be the kind of data in EXCEL tables. It must be the data generated from automatic business processes to be useful, otherwise it is useless.

This is the scheme we are practicing. We digitize the business scene and turn it into a credit data after digitization. How can it become? This will use our current blockchain technology.

In fact, at noon, I talked with a few friends about how to use the blockchain or what the blockchain is. Our practice tells us that blockchain is a technology that limits itself, but using this technology to generate a circle of knowledge, everyone recognizes this data. The most difficult thing is that after the blockchain has been converted, how big is the circle of knowledge and how many people recognize this data.

Technically speaking, at different nodes of the blockchain, we are responsible for the scene nodes, external data and bank data strung together as the * * * circle of the blockchain.

With this * * * knowledge circle, we can produce supply chain finance based on blockchain credit circulation. Credit is generated through data, and finally the truck driver takes the money away through Token. Until now, a loan is generated, and interest is started, which shortens the time cost. Because the previous blockchain has been completed, the risk has also been reduced.

Therefore, the landing scene of this blockchain is still very difficult. There are a lot of scenes that can be landed in the logistics industry, but where is the bottleneck?

In my opinion, the bottleneck lies in the problem of knowing the circle. Even with the technology, how to connect these links between drivers and banks to the platform is the most difficult thing. Therefore, digitalization to the blockchain can generate new connections and turn the unclear circle of friends into a new business ecology based on knowledge.

How to evaluate the service capacity of network freight platform?

The network freight platform will eventually become a platform, which needs to go step by step and step by step.

Network freight is a new category. We advocate doing a 5A certification of network freight. Personally, I think 5A certification of network freight will be more effective and more popular.

The reason is that it needs to evaluate a series of capability elements, which are all related to data and are not easy to see clearly. After such an evaluation, for the enterprise itself, for what he wants to express and want to prove himself. At present, the first batch of enterprises with 5A certification have also come out, and I think the certification process needs polishing.

Looking back, the whole new ecology, as the first year, has indeed begun. Then the most important change in this new ecology, which is different from the old ecology, lies in the fact that the "elephant" in this house, the individual car that was used as a very simple resource before, has to enter the system, and a series of industry systems, national systems and enterprise systems have to be put on the table. This is the role of individual cars entering the transportation supply chain.

The process of the whole enterprise, the direction of the industry and the supervision process should adapt to this change. This change has a new foundation, which is very different from the old ecology. Our individual car has been digitized, and whether it can be used is the key.

The foundation of digitalization, from 20 12 to 20 13, a computer has been held in your hand, and you already have a mobile phone. I have formed my own digital community on this mobile phone, and I have formed various ways of dialogue and connection with my boss.

Of course, there is also online freight, which is also digital, but this digitalization is only at the tool level. To turn it into digital productivity, it needs multi-level and long-term processing, and the most crucial point is to turn their credit into digital, which is a very huge project.

This is actually what the whole society needs to be interconnected and the whole society can form a new digital circle of friends. In the next 5 10 years at least, our logistics industry will benefit from individual and low-level digitalization, and all kinds of new connections will be generated, and then our costs will be reduced and new connections will be made.
