(1) Written examination
The written examination of comprehensive posts is carried out simultaneously with the written examination of open recruitment of comprehensive posts in institutions in Shandong Province, with unified examination, unified standards and unified marking. The comprehensive written test only takes one subject, including basic knowledge such as laws and regulations, political and economic theory, current political policies, scientific and technological knowledge, provincial conditions and comprehensive writing. In order to ensure the basic quality of new recruits, the written test scores shall be determined by the competent department of Rongcheng public institutions according to the number of job recruits and the written test.
Candidates who have objections to the written test results shall be handled in accordance with the "Measures for Inquiring the Results of Some Personnel Tests in Shandong Province" (Lu Renshe Zi _2022_ 140).
Written test time: 9: 00 am11:30 am on March 8, 2023 (if there is any change in written test time, it will be announced through the recruitment information release website in advance).
(2) Interview
Candidates who enter the interview scope shall be determined in turn from high score to low score according to the proportion of candidates who have achieved the written test results (if the final written test results are tied, they will enter the interview scope together) and be announced to the public according to the prescribed procedures. If there are vacancies in the number of qualified written tests, the recruitment will be cancelled; If the proportion is not up to the specified proportion, the interview candidates shall be determined according to the actual qualified number.
The interview is conducted in a structured way, and is organized and implemented by the competent department of open recruitment of Rongcheng public institutions or the recruiting unit (the competent department of the recruiting unit). Relevant matters such as interview time and place will be notified separately. If the interviewer fails to submit the relevant materials within the specified time, it will be deemed as giving up. After examination, those who do not have the conditions to apply for the exam will be disqualified from the interview. Vacancies caused by abandonment or disqualification shall be filled in turn from candidates who have achieved written test scores and announced to the public.
According to relevant regulations, the interview fee is per person per session in 70 yuan.
After the interview, the written test scores and interview scores are calculated according to the published ratio, and the total test scores of candidates are calculated by the percentage system. The written test scores, interview scores and total test scores are calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off.
According to the recruitment position and the total test score, the candidates who enter the scope of investigation and physical examination are determined according to the ratio of no more than 1: 2 from high score to low score. The interview set a minimum qualified score of 70 points, and those who reach the qualified score can enter the scope of inspection and physical examination. If the total scores of candidates in the same recruitment position are tied, the candidates will be determined according to the written test scores from high to low. If the written test scores are the same, priority will be given to retired soldiers, dependents and other personnel, and other personnel will choose the best candidates. Announce the total test scores of candidates and the list of people who have entered the scope of inspection and physical examination.
