I. Application for "Trademark Digital Certificate"
Electronic business license trademark applicant: submit an application for user registration. Click "Register Now" to submit a user registration application, and a user review notice will be sent after the application is passed. After receiving the notice, you can use the electronic business license to apply for a trademark.
Trademark applicants who do not hold an electronic business license: First, install the "industrial and commercial soft certificate client driver". After the installation is completed, click "Register Now" to submit the user registration application. After the application is approved, the user's review notice and the download address of "trademark digital certificate-soft certificate" will be sent to the email address filled in by the user when registering. Click the download link, fill in the user name and applicant name correctly, and then download the soft certificate. Once downloaded, the address will be invalid. Trademark agency: it must be filed with the Trademark Office first. After filing, you can submit your application in "Register Now". For details, please refer to the Application Process for Trademark Digital Certificate of Trademark Agency.
After obtaining the Trademark Digital Certificate-Hard Certificate issued by the Trademark Office, you should log on to the homepage of the trademark online service system, download the digital certificate driver and security application control software, and install it according to the requirements of the Trademark Digital Certificate (Key) Installation Guide. Second, online declaration.
Trademark applicant for electronic business license: Go to the homepage of the online service system for trademarks, insert the electronic business license into the USB port of the computer, enter the PIN code, and click "Login" to enter the system. The first login requires entering an activation code (a 32-bit string that the user prompts to save when completing the registration application) to activate the electronic business license. Read and fill in the requirements and operate according to the regulations.
Trademark applicants who do not hold an electronic business license: Before entering the homepage of the online trademark service system for the first time, they need to modify the default PIN code in "PIN code modification". After modification, they need to enter the modified password to enter the system. When logging in for the first time, they need to enter an activation code (a 32-bit string that users are prompted to save when completing their registration application) to activate the soft certificate. Read and fill in the requirements and operate according to the regulations.
Trademark agent: Go to the homepage of the online trademark service system, insert the hard certificate into the USB port of the computer, enter the PIN code, and click "Login" to enter the system. The first login requires entering an activation code (a 32-bit string that the user prompts to save when completing the registration application) to activate the hard certificate. Read and fill in the requirements and operate according to the regulations.
Third, pay trademark fees online.
When submitting an online trademark application, the trademark applicant and the trademark agency shall pay the trademark fee in full to the Trademark Office online. For details, please refer to the Guide to Online Application for Payment of Trademarks.
Four. Online trademark application and submission materials
After submitting the online trademark application business, you can check the application information through "My Application Management" in "My Account" to confirm whether the application is successful, and you can modify or delete the application before initiating payment on the same day; After the expenses are paid on the same day, the contents related to expenses changes cannot be modified, and those not related to expenses changes can be modified; On the same day, the application can be deleted. Since May 20 14 1 day, the application does not need to submit paper documents. However, if the applicant requests priority and submits an application to correct the registered items of the trademark application, it shall submit paper documents to the Trademark Office in accordance with the regulations.
