(8) The employer fails to pay social insurance premiums according to law and proposes to terminate the labor contract;

(3) Procedures for receiving unemployment insurance benefits:

Unemployed persons shall, within 60 days from the date of termination or rescission of the labor (employment) contract or working relationship with the employer, go to the relevant departments of the street (town) where the household registration is located for unemployment registration and apply for unemployment insurance benefits with relevant certificates, vocational guidance and training cards, household registration books, identity cards and three one-inch bareheaded photos. From next month, the unemployed personnel's certificates (unemployment insurance premium collection and evidence collection, job application certificate and ID card) will be collected at the designated place. (4) Duration of unemployment insurance:

Determined by the accumulated payment time before unemployment: those who pay more than 1 year can receive unemployment insurance for three months; Those who have paid for more than two years can receive unemployment insurance for six months; Those who have paid for more than 3 years can receive unemployment insurance for 9 months. You can receive 12 months unemployment insurance for more than 4 years.
