Non-special personnel can renew their fees independently at county, township, community convenience service centers and self-service machines of five major banks in the county (with insured persons 1 ID cards and bank cards). Newly insured and special personnel shall be handled at service windows 23 and 24 of the Social Security Bureau of Fenghuang West Road Administrative Examination and Approval Service Center in Heyang County.

When the annual insurance payment is made, all kinds of personnel are strictly forbidden to participate in the insurance with the joint treatment. For duplicate insured persons, one party's insured information will be deleted, and the fees paid will not be refunded.
