If the address on your business license is Hunan Industrial and Commercial Bureau, then your organization code certificate should be handled by Hunan Quality Supervision Bureau. If your national photo address is Changsha Industrial and Commercial Bureau or District Bureau, then you can go to Building 2 of Changsha Municipal Government Affairs Open Center.

Copy of legal person's ID card (two copies are required for legal person's own handling)

Copy of the provincial certificate of the entrusting party (1 copy)
