September 2, 2022. Official website of Kunming Bureau Group of China Railway shows that Jinning East Station is located in Tumotang, Jinning District, Kunming City, Yunnan Province. It is a newly-built high-speed railway station under the jurisdiction of China Railway Kunming Bureau Group Co., Ltd. Jinning East Station was officially opened for operation on September 2, 2022. Jinning East Station is located on the passenger dedicated line from Kunming to Songxian and Guang Kun, 30 kilometers away from downtown Kunming and 10 kilometers away from downtown Jinning.
