According to Article 62 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Food Safety Law, providers of third-party platforms for online food transactions should register online food operators with their real names and clarify their food safety management responsibilities; If a license should be obtained according to law, the license should also be reviewed.
If the provider of the third-party platform for online food trading finds that the online food business operators have violated the provisions of this Law, they shall stop it in time and immediately report to the food and drug supervision and administration department of the local people's government at the county level; If a serious illegal act is found, it shall immediately stop providing online trading platform services.

Article 59 Producers of food additives shall establish a record system for ex-factory inspection of food additives, check the inspection certificate and safety status of ex-factory products, truthfully record the name, specification, quantity, production date or production batch number, shelf life, inspection certificate number, sales date, name, address and contact information of buyers, and keep relevant vouchers.
Article 60 When purchasing food additives, a food additive operator shall check the supplier's license and product conformity certificate according to law, truthfully record the name, specification, quantity, production date or production batch number, shelf life, purchase date, supplier's name, address and contact information, and keep relevant vouchers.
The retention period of records and vouchers shall conform to the provisions of the second paragraph of Article 50 of this Law.
