In order to serve as a bridge and link between the government and enterprises, Jude Zhong has made a lot of efforts. In the past, merchants often had to go through several departments to apply for licenses such as health, industry and commerce, taxation and public security. And it is a chain process, one of which has been shelved. After the establishment of the Chamber of Commerce, they worked hard to coordinate the functional departments, so that the processing speed and procedures were improved, which made the merchants and functional departments very satisfied. With the development of ciqikou ancient town, competition is inevitable. Some homogeneous and highly competitive commodities also adopt the methods of soliciting customers on the street and hiring "matchmakers". Disturbed the market, Jude Zhong understood the harm of this short-term interest, and quickly promulgated the self-discipline convention for catering operators, the self-discipline convention for twist operators and the self-discipline convention for tea boat operators, which curbed unfair competition and put ciqikou ancient town's development on a virtuous circle. At the beginning of 2006, some merchants found the Chamber of Commerce because ciqikou ancient town's exclusive right was infringed. Mr Jude Zhong was born in a cadre family. He joined the army at the age of sixteen and worked as an instructor, propaganda officer and organization officer in the army. Because of his outstanding contributions in the army, he has made many meritorious deeds and won awards. Ten years' military training has helped him to develop the fortitude and integrity of the soldiers.

After changing jobs, he worked in a government agency, served as the mayor's secretary, and served as the deputy director of the liaison office of the Sichuan provincial government in Huiyang, Guangdong Province. 1992 went to the sea to do business. He has served as general manager of Guangdong Dongtai Industrial Group, general manager of Hong Kong Yibimei Gallery Co., Ltd. and vice president of Beijing Jianyang People's Chamber of Commerce.

He is one of the main founders of the international 12 1 system, and his rich practical experience and integrity are highly respected by the industry.
