The applicant shall meet the following conditions:
1. has the nationality of the people of China;
2. 18 years old and under 35 years old (1born between March 7, 986 and March 7, 2004), in which the age of graduate students and doctoral students (non-employed) can be relaxed to under 40 years old in 2022 (198 1 born after March 7, Requirements for applying for judicial police positions 18 years old and under 30 years old (born from March 7 to March 7, 2004), in which the age of graduate students and doctoral students (not working) will be relaxed to under 35 years old in 2022 (1March 7, 986 and later).
3. Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), the leadership of the China Party and the socialist system;
4. Have good political quality and moral conduct;
5. Have the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally;
6. Have the educational level and working ability that meet the requirements of the post;
7. Have the relevant professional and other qualifications required for the position to be applied for;
8. Applicants for judicial police positions must meet the requirements of the Notice on Printing and Distributing Special Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment Physical Examination (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2010] No.82).
