Han Jing Railway, formerly known as Luhan Railway (a part of Beijing-Guangzhou Railway), is a railway from Lugouqiao and Zhengzhou to Hankou. It is the first railway that China Qing government prepared to build by itself after the Sino-Japanese War. Sheng Xuanhuai, Tianjin Guandao, is the minister in charge of supervision and plans to build the Luhan Railway.
