If you don't sue for a loan, it's an economic dispute, and the company won't fire you. But if the loan is not repaid to the extent of fraud, the nature will change qualitatively.

Once being investigated for criminal responsibility, the company can terminate the labor contract with you according to the rules and regulations or the provisions of Article 39 of the Labor Contract Law.

If you are sued for compulsory execution (such as salary), it will cause a lot of inconvenience and the unit will have adverse effects. Moreover, if there is a case of fraudulent loans, it will involve criminal offences and will definitely be expelled.
