According to the internal management regulations of Shandong Rural Commercial Bank, employee transfer is divided into organizational transfer and individual application transfer, as follows:

1. Organizational transfer: arranged by the bank, based on factors such as employees' working ability, development potential and work performance.

2. Personal application for transfer: It is especially required that employees should have been on the job for more than one year, be assessed as competent and above, and meet the transfer conditions, submit a written application, and make arrangements after being reviewed by superior leaders. The scope of transfer includes the transfer of branches at the same level and branches at different levels, and the transfer across branches requires the consent of the president or general manager of the branch. After job transfer, in principle, employees should report for duty within 15 days after job transfer, and must not be late or absent from work.
