If the real estate is a big property right before the demolition, that is, there is a real estate license issued by the Housing Authority, you can apply for property right card. If it is a small property right house before the demolition, then you can only apply for a small property right certificate. The title certificate can be loaned, mortgaged and publicly traded. Small property houses are not allowed.
